7-Day Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the mat is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Change of Mind
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The original shipping fee, if applicable, may not be refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalised, used, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
